"Initially had the wrong address, despite us giving the correct address. Received a text message from the driver at 2.15am on the morning of the ride asking to confirm asap if we still needed the taxi (that we’d already paid for). Obviously we were asleep at this time as the taxi was booked for 5am. I confirmed as soon as I woke up and all was fine, but both those events added more stress to the whole thing than we would have liked. The journey itself was fine, no complaints at all."
